I hope by writing to you that I will get some reaction from 8.ta because 8.at in store are incapable of helping me . 8.ta has a promotion on that says "the more you recharge the more you get. Get instantly rewarded with FREE air time every time you recharge and from R50 get double. That's more airtime for you to use on SMS, MMS, calls and data at any time and to any network."
My problem is that I went in to the 8.ta store in Westgate to take make use of the promotion and get double data. They told me that the offer is only for call time only but the add says data as well. When I pointed it out to them they just had a what happened look on there faces. So they advertise some thing that they don't actually off?
So, all I can say is that 8.at does not deliver. What a shame.
