Activation on account

My account was handed over to legal because mtn didn't debit me. I however made a payment of R1437.00 on the 28th of June 2013. My sim card is still locked, I want to use the airtime but I can't because MTN is refusing to open it. I honestly think the service I'm getting from mtn is pethetic
