Hi MTN

My name is Nompumelelo, 2 months ago I received a call from one of your call centre agents offering to renew my contract with MTN because I was a good paying customer. She told me that they will give me a new phone which is Nokia Asha and my installment will increase from R39 to R59, I agreed, Yes the phone was delivered and everything was okay.

But at the end of the month I received a statement (e-mail) saying I have to pay R532, I didn't understand so I visited one of the MTN branches in Joburg and I was told that it is the amount I have to pay when I renew a contract and the call centre agent didn't explain that to me!

I paid the following month but now the statement (e-mail) comes back saying I must pay R400 and something, I don't know waht is it for because my monthly installment should be R59. Please help on this matter, I don't wanna be a bad payer but I need to pay for something I understand.
