I'VE SENT CUSTOME SERVICES ASKING THEM TO SEND ME MY ITEMISED BILLING VIA EMAIL AND I WAS TOLD BY THE GUY THAT THEY ARE GONNA CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE REQUEST WHICH I DIDNT MIND AND I SENT AN EMAIL AND PROVIDED MY MTN PIN, ALL THE SECURITY QUESTION BUT I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ITEMISED BILLING, I WENT TO MTN STORE AT CAMPUS SQUARE AND I ASKED FOR THEM TO CANCEL MY 2 CONTRACTS AND THEY COULDNT HELP ME EIRTHER, INSTEAD THEY REVERTED ME TO THE CALL CENTRE AND I DID MENTION THAT I DONT MIND PAYING THE CANCELATION FEE. I HAVE 3 CONTRACT WITH MTN AND I URGENTLY NEED TO CANCEL 2 CAUSE MTN HAS BEEN HORRIBLE TO ME, THE BRANCH, THE CALL CENTRE EVEN EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICES.
