My fiance and I took up 2 contracts with MTN, one being a S3 mini on Top up and the one being an S3. The sim card for the S3 has not worked since the day we received it, which was around the 25th of May. I have called in numerous times, went to their store more than once and emailed them countless times as well. They told it something to do with "number for life", I have escalated this to their manager. Who I also asked for a reimbursement for having to call them every time for feedback, she gladly informed me that they don't do reimbursements. I'm now on the second month of having queried this with them, I still have not received any feedback the 25th of June 2013 but the debit oder has already went off. Can anyone please help me with this, because I don't think I have the strength and money to keep calling MTN to resolve their problem for them. This is the most disappointing service I have ever received from a company. The contract holder's number is 076 543 7526
