Incompetent staff causing Inconvenience

Firstly I would like to commend Cell C on the wonderful deals and pricing that they are offering to consumers. With offers that are far better and cheaper than there competitors its a matter of time before Cell C are on top.
I went into silverton store to sign up a 500mb data sim only R39pm contract with all my supporting documents. I asked the nicholas if it would be possible to get it over 12months and R39pm he said yes. After a long tedious process -2hours. I had my contract sim and I was ready to sign whereby I saw the amount of R75pm. I asked nicholas why it is 75 and not 39 he said I will be charged 39. I requested proof to avoid later headache. Upon proof it was discovered that in fact I will be charged 75pm. I was upset and requested him to rectify it he said it will be rectfied if I take a 24month contract why not tell me at first. I said that would be fine but he didn't know how to fix it. I waited for him to call the call centre and then he tells me that he will have to cancel the first contract and now it will take a week for me to get the contract. That is really slow and terrible ignorance from staff and upsettin that now I have to wait so long just for a simple deal
