I gave in my iphone on the 4th of June (6 days after taking out the contract) bcos it dint work and lodged a complaint here last week. To date i have had no response from anyone, but MTN was quick to deduct over R600 from my account!! i dont even have access to my contract number!
I demand to be reimbursed!
I put in numerous requests but no-one called or even communicated to me.
I am really dissapointed with ur service. Why does MTN have to be so inefficient? Ur service really -thumbs down all the way!! Do u even understand how frustrating this is??
