This is a followup on https:///telkom/complaints/odendaalsrus-adsl-1071020
On the 15th of May 2013 I received an email from ICASA containing a memorandum from Telkom that this problem would be fixed by mid/end June 2013.
The end of June has come and gone and things are still exactly the same as they were. It has now been 10 months that I have been trying to get them to fix this and I am still at square one.
