Good day, thank you very much to lungile at customer care in durban, she assistEd me very quIckly with a query that took 3 unrealible agents to resolve for 5 days, she only needed ten minutese to resolve same.. i really hope that cell c take care of staff member like her and aprreciate them too and get rid of the other rotten potatoes especially call centre staf in jhb.. THank you LUNGILE you are an asset to that cell c company and i hope they do realise that.
