I just wish to thank your manager Lungile for being a real gentleman and people's person. I entered the shop and being one of those sceptics when I saw a new manager, I thought, wow! here we go again, getting inferior quality pizza. So before ordering my pizzas I had my say about quality and quantity. Lungile listened to me patiently and silently. And once I had finished, he gave me a friendly smile and assured me that I need not concern myself and that I will get the pizzas I ordered. Was he right or what! My whole family and I, had only positive comments about the, texture, taste quality and quantity of the toppings of the pizza. It was excellent. Well, he surely had me eating my words.
But what was really important to me, was Lungile's conduct. He really portrayed patience and respect towards me and showed no sign of being offended or irritated, not that I was in any way rude towards him. Once again I just wish to thank Lungile for his patience and friendliness and keeping his promise by providing my family and I with great tasting and quality pizzas. I wish Lungile success in his new job.
