I/ we have experienced massive problems with dropped calls.
Make a call, chat for 1 minute and the call is dropped, phone again and the same thing happens.
Sometimes one makes 6-10 calls to the same number.
Call centre and coverage denies the fact that there is something wrong somewhere, that is if one can get someone that actually listens to the complaint instead of talking constantly.
Maybe MTN has found a new way of increasing their turn over at the cost of the end user??
And why - when I am in a wireless area, do I keep on getting edge when using my MTN 3G?
No feedback is ever provided - why not?
