Useless feed back and still no connection :(

I still don't have connection in the Randburg area, I had perfect connection when i was on the R289 per month contract, but now that I'm spending lees with your useless service provider, i now get no connection and cant use my black 3G dongle for anything.
I was advised by a mate to contact the commissioner of consumers at the [URL Removed] .
Maybe they can be of sum assistance.
