The lady did not exacly told us how the contract worked.she told us that we can check our balance on the Pc but we could never see it. We got a bill of R4000 and something we went back to them. She was not there, there was another guy we asked him can he check for us what it was he said he can't she and give us a number that we must phone for a service provider but the number was wrong. After that bill I did not use the moderm again and now we got a bill of R5600 and something.
