Everything not working

In January this year I took out Blackberry 750 contract, The phone itself was intermitant it would just switch off as I didn't have a spare phone I could not send it away for repair so just carried. I then bought a voice activated hands free kit, but as I am Scottish it did not accept my accent and could phone anyone. I took it back explaining the problem and was told I could not get my money back but would have to take accessories
I took an ear phone and a multi charge kit. None of them worked, I was told bring back the original packing and they will exchange. I sent an e mail from the Consumer Council telling them this was not necessary they then asked for the receipt which I did not keep. so nothing we can do
on 14th Aug I took out a contract for my Grandaughter it did not work, we had to take it back where they did a sim swop and now its working. When I received my bill my Grandaughters contract was also on it even though it was dated 16th Aug. I phoned on Tuesday 20th Aug after about two hours of trying the accounts department, who agreed my Grandaughters contract should not have been on my bill. She said she would rectify the bill and send me a new one, up till now nothing
