POOR SERVICE FROM MTN

I have a blackberry, and was under the impression that internet usage falls within my BIS. Well apparently not! I downloaded 3 episodes of a series (I need to mention, I previously downloaded stuff from this website and was never charged for it before). I enquired from MTN why my account was so high. I had to wait 2 weeks before they could assist me as their accounts has not yet been closed. Needless to say, I had to follow up on the query. After I got the account and requested a itemised bill to see what happened and for what I was charged, I asked them why I was charged for internet usage as I was under the impression that it falls within my BIS. I was told it doesn't fall within BIS anymore. I never received any notification of any sort to inform me of this change! I then arranged payment arrangements to settle the account in 3 months. First payment was made as arranged, but they still ended my subscription and I had to phone again to reconnect it. I followed up again whether the arrangement is still in order for the monthly payment toward this account, but never received any response back. Now they have deducted the whole account in one payment. I am very dissapointed in MTN
