Don't have an account but billed???

It took me numerous phone calls and logging a request on their website to get a valid reference originally just to stop to my contract end March 2013. After dealing with the 4th Call Centre consultant Temoho Sekthobo I at last got the service I required. I cancelled my contract as battle with their after sales service! Temoho Sekthobo was awesome in the service he provided to me as had to deal with my frustration too.
My contract was terminated end March 2013 with a pro rata billing end April. All that went fine. I now got an account from them reflecting Compulsory Itemised, Simsure, Vodacom SMS 500, etc. I don't get the SMS bundle from them anymore as moved to pre-paid. I also don't have an account with them anymore so why haven't they deleted me off their records?? My account on their website shows my contract is terminated so what am I missing? I want a refund for last month and for them to sort this out once and for all.
I logged this via customer services on their website today reference 30278 but based on past experience will probably have to log this again as they don't monitor this service provided by them.
