Late Friday afternoon I noticed my ADSL wasn't working. After troubleshooting I found that the telephone lines weren't working. Not just for me but our entire neighbourhood.
I logged the call with them on Friday night. and having had no response I phoned them again on Sunday morning for a progress report. The call centre lady basically told me nobody is looking at it because it's WEEKEND and that I should only expect someone to look at it on Monday. True to form I received an update sms on Monday saying that it's inhand with the Tech repair division but have not had an update since.
This is EXTREMELY poor service because it's not just MY line thats affected but like I mentioned previously the entire neighbourhood.
