Phone taking a month to get it fixed

Im highly frustrated with vodacom, poor customer service. I logged a complaint recently the girl (Ula Wiggins) that was dealing with complaints does not respond to my emails. I called today and spoke Vincent Mwanaza) cause the woman that booked my phone is apparently not in today. I need my phone asap. New Job number 8961416.Please contact me on 0115016413 or 0712252002 .All the people that ive dealt with is incompetent.
