I am quite livid at Cell C right now.
First of all, my son was robbed on 13.05.2013 of his cellphone, but when going to Cell C stores with a case no., 895/5/2013, they advised that I have to pay this phone up for the duration of the contract and due to me not having Insurance on the phone, I cannot get a new one either. I now have to pay for a phone I don't have in my possession and most probably sold to someone else who is benefiting.
Secondly, regarding your billing, I didn't pay the instalment on that particular phone that was last month, but made payment on my phone, and lo and behold, u suspend my phone too. How dare u do something like that when my premiums were paid up despite his phone being on my name, his premium was not paid, mine was.
U have the audacity and nerve to do something like that and I will expose Cell C for this as u people don't provide a good service.
