So pathetic useless unethical and bad atitude

I uave had issues with auto page for so long not it make me want to vomit every time i think abiut it.
I have tried to resolve the matter in a civil mater for to long now.
Their accounts department is pathetic and useless to say the least. Never mind there branch managers.

For the previouse 2months my account went through the roof up form my average 600 to over 2400 and 2900 respectively. I made the effort of contacting autopage numerous times to no affect. I went in to the krugersdorp branch where even the consultant laughed at me telling me that even if they dont do there job well or inform the cleint off everything the client is 100% responsible.
So the previouse month i payed with cash and in formed the acounts person that i will be a 1time affect to day i get a call asking when my payment is due when its only due on the 1 of july.
I honestly wish there is a cellular watch dog or ombudsman to nail this companys bad practices and unethical trade. Not even to mentiothe fake person call jason stolz that deals with clients. He is the person with the most complaints against him i have ever seen nice fake way of dealing with clients.
Im am absolutely repulsed by this company.
