Breach of Consumer Protection Act

I never renewed my cellphone contract after it expired. I am still being charged for a contract I don't use and my number has been ported to another network anyway. I want to stop paying but I am concerned for my credit record. The company cannot solve this problem. I expect to be refunded these amounts charged.
