Vodacom! you are the biggest bunch of incompetents i have ever met!
I get my up grade and get a Faulty iPhone. i was told that if there is a problem i must return it within 7 days which i do on day 5... the phone is not swopped out but sent off, with no way of tracking where it is what the status is, or when it will be resolved. i was told i would have an answer in 24hrs now i will only have an answer on monday!
your staff are helpfull but your policies say nothing about customer service!
I will be taking this as far as i can!
