I applied for a data contract on Friday, january 18th. I have had no communication from this Mtn shop. Today, Sunday, January 20th, when I went to the shop I had to listen to all sorts of excuses.
I absolutely HATE excuses when I'm receiving bad service. I'm not interested in excuses. I only want solutions.
I want my mini sim delivered to me. I'm not going to the shop again. I'm paying the fuel to go there. Not Mtn!
