I contacted Nashua Mobile several times requesting they explain my data usage and the reason why I'm being charge for WASP Rated Content, that's been billed to my account and they could not provide me with a satisfactory reason. The staff referred me through to various other people and could not answer my questions. They were incompetent in handling my query.
