I submitted a claim to have my phone repaired around the 29th of April, and when I called to find out how is the process going on the 12th of May, I was informed that the lady who helped me misinformed me I was suppose to leave the phone at the shop which I did. The lady had said people from the insurance will come to me to check how damaged is the phone. And the agent whom I left the phone with at the Sandton shop Mohamed/Malcom (indian guy) told me the insurance people say they have not receieved the phone and the claimed. I followed up again with the Altech Cellular guys in Sandton City and Kervin/Calvin said he has escalated the issue because they don't know where is my phone. I went to Store Kervin/Clavin said he'll update me tomorrow (Thursday 13June2013) which he never did till I went to the store again on 18 June 2013 and they still did not know where is the phone or when I am going to get it back. So when I demanded that I want my phone back a heated argument errupted and more Indian guys (staff) came into the shop and a lady by the name of Fara spoke to me but I was still not satisfied. One guy intervened and called me "Rubbish" and that I should not come to the shop again.
