Utterly Disgusted: So i got a call the same day (Thurs 11 June) and after i told the consulatant my story for the 5th time she told me she needed to listen to my call (after having heard this from 4 different ppl in the call centre) and would get back to me later that day. Its now a week later and no feedback which is really not surprising... Right now i dont even want any excuses i just want my contract cancelled and they can come and get the laptop which i now dnt even use...
