I phoned the call centre to find out the settlement figure for my insurance cliam and they gave me a number that has been engaged all day. i requested for an email address so i can request for the same via e-mail and they advised me that they where not able to give me an email adress and that basically i should put everything i have to do for the rest of the say and keep trying this number. im sorry, this is very unacceptable, i feel a financial institution of that scale should have e-mail address and further to that i should be able to leave a message for them to contact me back.
