Bad Service

I collected an Ipad on Saturday, was told between two hours and 24hours I will be able to access MTN network, its now Tuesday and still no service. When I call the MTN Hatfield branch its either they don't answer their phone or take too long to do so. They took the message and they are not getting back to me as promised.
