After 3 calls and faxing the form and ID to MWEB, you fail todo anything with my request. I followed your process to the T and i expect my request to be honoured in the promise time which was within an hour.
5 days later and speaking to 2 call centre agents today. I am yet to get a solution. Grant Colessin took 2 min finding out who his operations manager is.
This is truly shocking for an ISP. If i dont get a solution or response from MWEB i will cancel and move.
So much for you superior network if you cant even follow you own processes.
