I initially had a terrible experience with one of the agents at Outsurance, i.e. David, who never provided me with updates and required changes to a quote. This was escalated to Wendy, who totally turned around my experience. She provided me with constant updates and a tailor made solution to suit my needs. Well done Wendy January, I wish all of the staff at Outsurance can be as committed and service orientated as you are.
