I activated my contract via consultants and activated the insurance for the phone at Cell C Carlton centre, about 8 months later my phone got and i immediatly opened the case and reported the phone at Cell C Cresta where i was assisted by Bafana, everytime when i went there, they either told mee to pay a contract amount or either they dont have any response yet regarding my claim. Until such a time where i got fed up and cancelled my contract, further more they requested that i pay the outstanding amount and i failed to understand as to why i should pay for something that is no longer there because at the first place that is why i took the insurance, now i have been told that my account has been taken to legal deoartment, i mean for what?? f@#
