Im being charged for services I have never signed up for. When I contacted Cell C I was told by the customer services agent that its not Cell C's problem and that it had also happened to her. When I google this service there are a million complaints exactly the same as mine, surely if this was happening Cell C should take their fingers out their 's and do something about it. This is yet they are quite happy to allow this to continue. I will NOT be paying for this and will also NOT be paying my Cell C bill until this is resolved. Catch a wake up Cell C you are meant to be providing a SERVICE not allowing your clients to be from.
