Phone was reported as, but I found it. Went to Clearwater and requested phone to be unblocked. Given incorrect info by assistant and now must wait another 3 days for phone to be switched back on. Are consultants not trained about the correct actions? Why must I be punished for their incompetency? It seems that no honest deed will go unpunished.
