8ta Accounts department has not debited my account on 15 may as per normal procedure... have called many times to ask for them to please take the money it is waiting in my account. The incompetent humans have still not got around to doing there jobs.. still no debit off my account and now have turned my phone off.. have been calling and begging and praying to incompetent call centre uneducated people to sort this out while trying to run a business with no telephone!!! Help I am now desperate!!!
