I took my LG L9 in for repairs the 13th of May 2013.
This was due to my WiFi and Bluetooth not working.

When I went to go pick up my phone they tried to smear some other old phone of to me with clearly more external damage than mine ever had. I refused to take someone else old problems and asked for either my phone to be repaired or to be replaced. This was I believe the 27th of May. The lady said she would escalate the repair and it should take about a week max.

When I eventually had to phone to check if my phone has been repaired I found that it was ready for collection but I never receive any notifications. When I arrived back they tried to once again give me the same old phone. After calling the manager on duty (Mogapie) he clearly didn't believe me but once he inspected the situation he found that even the phone model wasn't even the same as my LG L9.

I then once again told them to either fix my phone or replace it. Once again its been a week and its impossible to get hold of Mogapie.

I have been without my Phone for a month! Why should I pay for my device if I cant use it!
