I was absolutely dreading upgrading my current contract deal as it is in my mothers name, but luckily I have signing power on the account. I was convinced there was going to be an issue about the upgrade, but when I got to the MTN counter I was greeted with a warm smile and such a positive attitude.
Tsidi was an absolute star and made my experience such a pleasure! Nothing was too much for her, she truly did everything and more to help me in every way possible; explained every detail about the various deals and options and never ceased to loose her smile. I was in and out of the store in less than 30min with my new phone in hand and the biggest smile on my face!
