She Put a smile on my sour face

For 2 whole weeks I was struggling with MTN to get my phone upgraded to an S4.
It was an absolute nightmare, Finally on 17 May 2013 I was told by MTN campus square that everything was sorted and I just needed to pick up the phone, But they didn't have stock. So they let me know that Cresta branch has stock and that Ill definitely get the phone there, they will call and make sure for me. After work I get to Cresta and the guys that work there just tell me there is no stock. Thats It, not making any effort to even try to assist me. Yet an Angel call Lesego went out of her way to assist me and made it happen that I was able to walk out of the store with my S4 and my upgrade processed. MTN Needs more people like her with a can do attitude. Thats willing to assist their client in anyway possible and not just throw their hands up and be like "sorry not our problem" Thanks Again Lesego. You made me smile that day and I was able to hand the S4 as a surprise gift to my husband.
