I applied for a new cellphone contact on their website on Saturday, and immediately received a automatic email from them confirming that someone would be in contact with me with 48 hours. Being reasonable, I waited until early afternoon Wednesday (yesterday) to call them myself. Only to find that their call-centre is a SHAMBLES! I had to go through 5 agents before I came to the 'right' person who handles their on-line sales. However she could not even help me either. After confirming my details, she promised that an agent would be in touch with me within 24 hours. After waiting 24 hours with no phone call I tried phoning the call-centre again, this time I was 'thrown' around their call centre 8 times (yes, 8 times I counted over 15 minutes) to eventually have my line cut!!!
I am FUMIING! Never in my life have I had to beg anyone to sell me something that I want.
