I have not had a Cell C contract for 2 months, yet they illegally took R8000 from my account.
The call centre/legal department acknowledged this and the fact that they need to be paid back, but have not yet done so.
I have dealt with 3 different people each promising my money back, but there has been no payment as promised!
This is fra ud on Cell C's part!
