8ta / Telkom Mobile
Poor 3G quality

During the last couple of months, my download/upload dropped and ping rate increase heavily during peak times.
Every month the problem just becomes worst and worst. I understand that 8ta's client base in growing every month, but I really hope that 8ta will keep their high levels of standards and not neglect existing clients that helped them to grow.
Downloading, internet browsing and other features like online gaming had become completely unusable at night between 7pm and 11pm. I don't know if we are being throttled??? During the day, the internet is really very good!!!

I hope to hear from 8ta soon, and hope that the bandwidth issue would be resolved asap thank you.
