2nd time in 1 month????
Consultant took down my bank details incorrectly, payment didn't go through now I have a poor payment history!! Last month the same consultants mistake cost ME R400 and a lot of time, energy and inconvenience. Cellc thought it proper to sort the problem @ my expense. Have tried several times now to make Internet payment but always unsuccessful? Wanted to pay cash in store but they would not accept? I'm about to give up!
