Keep cutting my DSTV every month for JAN. payment

I am getting very very very irritated to get home on the 10th of FEb, March and April to find my DSTV been cut for a payment I made on the 10th of JAN of R750 from Absa to their Absa account. My bank ref payment 801511AE3C-2 acc no 37511528.Everytime it takes me about an hour on the phone to get my service connected. EVERTIME to give them the same ref and info again again and again. Last night was the limit: I phoned them and said to the consultant if this is about Jan payment, here are all the details. NO she said is was last months. So I had to go into my bank statements. And as it happened I had very slow Internet yesterday. Eventually opened my statements an called them again just to hear: no it is not last months payment it is January payment. So we started all over again for the 3rd month, and it was the second time that I deal with arrogant staff on their side: Tone of voice etc. I have now spend this year about 3 or more hours on the phone with them Last night alone was 62 minutes with both consultants.. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS! Got bank statements to proof the payment!!!
