I upgraded my account/line from 2MB to 4MB uncapped last week - all was fun until this week.
I can hardly get an internet page to load, 80% of the time it comes back with "webpage not found" - I have to refresh multiple times to get it to load.
If I try stream 240p video from youtube it takes almost 10min to start.
If I download a file it doesn't go over 100Kb/s if I'm lucky.
I've tried calling, and resetting the port - it didn't help.
I've logged a fault but have to get feedback, Support #370143
I work from home in the afternoon and upgraded my connection because I work with a lot of data and need to pull it between the office and home quickly.
I have spoken to various other people who are experiencing the same, yet Telkom ISP says there's no problem - yet other ISP accounts work fine?
