I had a problem with the billing of my two lines.
I directed an email to Ashraf, seeing that corporate MTN, could not assist. Lately I have had no/little joy from MTN. Ashraf Vaggie, has defnitely changed my opinion about that. One of the few employees that are willing to go the extra mile.
Keep up the good work Ashraf. MTN should cling to you, because you are worth your weight in gold.
