I had an accident on 28 September, Ashraf has been in contact with me the entire time and advising me of the process along the way, the vehicle has not been repaired yet but I have been made aware of the process every step of the way so far. It has been a pleasure dealing with Ashraf, he has been polite and made me feel very relaxed about the whole process.
