I get my new line with Telkom, firtsly do not get told the amount payable for installation though, as was told if it is not a major thing i wont get charged, literaly had a box fitted to my wall and get charged R460 something, then get a bill for 1092 and when i call and say please let me make arrangements to pay it was in order so i pay half the amount, then this month the bill comes and its still the same... called them again and asked and i get charged interest on the non payment which i do not understand, and its 100% interest on outstanding amount...Now my line gets shut down because of this.. even though i made payment arrangements with them...Telkom you are disgusting and also make peoples lives very difficult, i use my line for work but you do not give a about people... i am dissapointed in your service and i will not leave this matter here.....Think because you have the monopoly you can do as you please....You will be hearing from me and my representitive shortly.
