I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Clint on numerous occassions now, as our company has a few contracts in place with Vodacom. He really is one of the most efficient, customer-service orientated people you will find / come across in the enitre industry (I include all other networks). I note that I attempted to take out another contract with the most "cost effecitve network around" and out of utter and pure frustration, after weeks, I have informed them that I do not want the contract. That in my opinion, they should rather charge more as they are clearly sacraficing customer services to beat the competitor. I am afraid you cannot exclude service from your contract or staff. In my experience, Clint's willingness to go the Extra Mile for customer's (and would assume work ethic and pride), is undisputed in my book. Thank you Clint. Your service is remarkable in this day and age and I think Vodacom need to realise what an important role you play representing them (even if they know it already).
