Poor Customer Service

I trade in my vehicle on the 28th Nov 2013, received traffice fines on the 8/12/2013 and 7/01/2014 e Toll bills bills for the amount of R970. I have notify Clint when I have received the 1st fine. I was promised in a matter of days the fine will be paid. December holidays passed and fine still not paid. When i received the 2nd fine notify Clint again, subsequently I discover the vehicle is still registered in my name. When i inform Clint of this discovery he told me that's a mistake the vehicle is part of the KIA stock. Which I later found out he. Paid a visit to the Dealer and then the blaming game started. It's not he's fault the lady who was suppose to register the vehicle didn't do so and he will jump in to safe the situation. That was all, 2months later I'm stilll fighting with them to remove the vehicle from my name and paid the traffic fines and eTolls bills. It has come to a point where he is ignoring my emails and not returning my calls. I have even contacted Stephany van Greunen with regards to my issues I had with clint and still waiting. I have email KIA customer service and still waiting for feedback. To be honest I regret doing business with KIA ALBERTON
