I loaded R 50 airtime to buy the 1 day uncapped bundle. My balance was R 53 but when I tried to load it it kept on saying I don't have enough airtime. I phone 173 and spoke to Zanele who said to me I don't have enough airtime and put the phone down on me@!!! When I tried to phone back it kept on saying all the call centre agents are busy and it cuts you off!
Really in today's day and age to cut a client off mid-sentence!
