I just want it to be known to the 'higher ups' within Cell C what an asset to the brand you have in the lady named Adrienne at the Eastgate Mall branch of Cell C.
This is what service SHOULD be, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I really was blown away by her work ethic, and feel she needs to be commended.
